Introduction
In my Opinion Yasuo is one of the greates League of Legends Champions in the History. Yasuo is an AD Offtank Toplaner.
You can play Yasuo in the Jungle and in the Midlane.
Malphite,Janna and all those Knockup Ability's help Yasuo to ult the enemys. So if you have an Yasuo in your Team, Take a Champ who can Knockup the enemys.
Pros:
-High Damage Output!
-Low Cooldowns.
-Strong Mid/LateGame Champ
-His Ability's dont need Mana/Energy/HP
-Strong 1v1 Champion
-AOE KnockupStun
Cons:
-Bad EarlyGame against Tank/Poke Champions like, Malphite/Kennen
-CC Counters him Hard.
-Need a KnockUp for his Ultimate
Summoner Spells
Flash & Ignite
Flash/Ignite is actually a normal choice.
Flash to safe you from a death, but you can Flash and E to the enemy and kill him when he is low, the most players dont expect those aggresive Flashes.
Ignite to get the early/midgame kill potential .
Against AutoAttack Champions.
Against bad EarlyGame Champs.
If you want to farm.
I mostly start with Dorans Blade and a Pot.
Shield: I will always pick the Shield when im against the Season 4 meta (2 Top) or if you play against an Poke/Trade Lane.
Blade: I take the Dorans Blade when i know, im playing against an Champion who is bad in early game, I try to poke him with Yasuo's and then i engage with to finish him.
Shoes: Take this when you want to farm and you know that you cant do something against your enemy on the toplane!
Skills
Passive: Way of the Wanderer
Intent: Yasuo's critical strike chance is doubled.
Resolve: Yasuo gains Flow as he moves – the faster he moves, the faster his Flow meter fills. When full, Yasuo activates a brief shield after taking damage from enemy champions or monsters.
Q: Steel Tempest
Yasuo thrusts forward with his sword, damaging all enemies in a line. Successfully landing Steel Tempest grants Yasuo Gathering Storm stacks for a short period. The third stack of Gathering Storm causes Steel Tempest to send out a whirlwind that travels in a line and sends all enemies caught Airborne. If Yasuo casts Steel Tempest during Sweeping Blade, the ability strikes all enemies immediately around him.
W: Wind Wall
Passive: Dashing replenishes Yasuo's Flow faster.
Active: Yasuo creates a wall of wind that slowly drifts forward for a few seconds. The wall blocks all enemy projectiles.
E: Sweeping Blade
Yasuo dashes a fixed distance through an enemy, dealing damage and marking them briefly. If Yasuo uses Sweeping Blade multiple times in succession, the ability deals extra damage up to a cap. Yasuo cannot use Sweeping Blade on an enemy that's already been marked.
R: Last Breath
Yasuo teleports to a nearby Airborne enemy champion, briefly suspending them and all surrounding Airborne enemies mid-air as he damages them. Once he lands, Yasuo gains significant armor penetration against his enemy's bonus armor for an extended period of time.
Early Game
Against almost every lane match up, you should seek to harass the enemy as much as possible dashing in and out, autoing your opponent when you can. Ideally, you should dash in at them after they expend whatever spells they have on CS, or on you, and they fail. With 10% crit chance in lane, you will have a decent opportunity in criting your opponent. Ideally, you should try to hit them with the dash after you have a few stacks.
For new players, you are going to take a lot of tower shots until you figure out his dashing appropriately. It is just something you are going to have to deal with to learn Yauso and it may be frustrating.
Enemy Jungle: It is extremely easy to gank a Yasuo thats super aggressive in lane. You need to be watching the map and determining where the jungler might come and when (e.g., enemy jungle typically mirrors the position of your jungle). Getting ganked in lane repeatedly is your ticket to throwing your lane and the game, so buy wards.
Mid Game
Once you have Statikk Shiv and Berserker Greaves, you can basically walk straight into lane and auto and Q down any enemy mid without even using your ult. Your ult has a decent cool down mid game so if you do not need to use the ult to kill 1 person, don't. Save it for a dragon team fight or a play somewhere else on the map.
Teamfights
Do not YOLO XD dash into the enemy team and intiate as Yasuo. You will die instantly. You either stay in the back and obliterate those going after your ADC (a good way to proc your tornado) or wait for Top/Jungle (generally tankier than you) to dive in first.
Determine what you can block with windwall and what is the most effective spell to block long before you get to the team fight stage. You should know how you want to position in order to block that champion(s) spells. Do not waste windwall blocking insignificant spells because it has such a long cool down. A proper windwall can be huge for winning team fights.
Conclusion
I have presented some tips and a different build order which I think is better than the rest which are presented here. Give it a shot. I'll update this guide with things that are worth typing and reading.
I am streaming Yasuo games when I can (relatively new to streaming them). I only have one decent clip here but a number of recorded ranked and normal games are up if you give a heck.
Final Build(s)
Fits VERY WELL with Yasuo. The Sustain from the Lifesteal. The Attack Speed for cooldown. And it gives you kill potential!
The Damage gives you more trade potential. The Critchance fits perfect with your Passiv. And the Cooldown Reduction is just awesome.
You need that Tenacity! Yasuo is doing more dmg as long he is in the Teamfight and not CC'd!
Buy Infinity Edge to finish every adc off!! You can E through their Frontline and kill their ADC/APC.
Buy Randuin's Omen to be safer from AD Damage and to stay as long in the Teamfight as needet.
Buy Spirit Visage to be safer from AP Damage and to stay as long in the Teamfight as needet.
